Providing your record label agrees to our terms and conditions we are able to accept your music and include it in our broadcasting schedule.

The owner of the music in question will need to sign the contract and agree to the terms and conditions. In the case of your record label owning the rights to your music and you wish to submit your music for inclusion in our play list the label management must sign the contract on your behalf, adding the label name after their own.

For example, the very first sentence of the contract:

I, John Doe of EM Talent Records [full name], on behalf of This very talented band's name [alias/collective name], hereby grant East Midlands Talent Radio ...  etc
