FAQ: What's the Contract For?

It's a simple way of making sure that we have permission to broadcast your music and that it isn't going to infringe on any third party rights.

It is to help ensure that we only play unsigned music or music we have have permission to broadcast by the total copyright owner. We need to have the permission of everyone involved in the writing of the music to allow us to broadcast it.

This contract DOES:

Give us permission to broadcast your music with our current licence
Give us confidence in the fact that your music is 100% original and will not infringe on any third party rights and is owned by you or your band.
Keep us protected against any claims made due to a breach of the contract

This contract does NOT:

Take away any of your rights in respect of the musical works
