I, [full name], on behalf of [alias/collective/band name], hereby grant East Midlands Talent Radio (EM Talent Radio / EMTR) a non-exclusive licence to use the selection of the unsigned musical works outlined in my submission for the purpose of dissemination through the Internet radio station East Midlands Talent Radio (EM Talent Radio) and their associated website and media on the world wide web.

I grant permission for the commercial use only of the material outlined in the application with regards to EM Talent Radio, their broadcasts, website and promotional material with no payment due to EM Talent Radio at this stage and have the explicit permission of all members involved in the composition and creation of the specified material included in the digital music submission. I warrant that the grant of this licence will not infringe the copyright, trade mark rights or any other rights whatsoever of any third party

Any of the musical works used on EM Talent Radio and the associated website may be withdrawn at any time from the broadcasting schedule whilst this service is offered for no charge. We reserve the right to refuse the addition of works to the EM Talent Radio broadcasting schedule and shall not be liable for any loss of publicity or reputation or otherwise. Tracks submitted must be of a bitrate of no less than ninety-six kilobytes per second (96kbps) and any tracks included in the broadcasting playlist may be edited for the purposes of continuity and scheduling.

I will keep EM Talent Radio indemnified from and against all and any claims, costs, damages, expenses, actions suffered or incurred by EM Talent Radio arising out of any breach of the warranties hereby given.

I will place HTML links pointing to EMTalentRadio.co.uk on my website and/or other online media wherever possible as advised and suggested on the EMTalentRadio.co.uk website.

I agree to the above terms and conditions and will supply EM Talent Radio with the musical works detailed above and guarantee that all details supplied are filled in full and are correct to the best of my knowledge.
