City Lights

City Lights- Agogo Bears

Playing upbeat indie pop with a tropical twist, City lights have a sound that is refreshing, exciting and above all, great to listen to. Comparisons are easily made to the Arctic Monkeys, only with a tropical, delicate twist.

Opener 'She's A Disco Nightmare' features an immense build up, and settles into a stand out track, whereas 'A Friend is a Friend' is quicker, with comparisons to be made with Maximo Park. Both tracks impress, with stormer 'My Door is Always Open' taking the sound to an all new level, which is certainly impressive.

The EP ends with a self titled track, and the lyrics "City Lights are there to guide you" ringing true. Let them guide you to their next gig, and prepare to be impressed.
