Jones'nCalifornian rockers Jones'n play with such a catchy, aggressive style that it's impossible to ignore them. The shuffling, almost techno backing beats and quickfire drumming in 'I Want A Fast Ride' make this a fantastic opening track, before 'Desert Rain' impresses in a slightly les in-your-face vein, with the vocals given more roomto breathe,and suitablyimpress. The 5 tracks on their page all have quality, yet it is with the last track 'Cartoon Dreams' where they impress the most. Wonderful piano usage, awesome guitars and magnificent drumming make this a track i highly rate. Impressive,noticeable, yet with a laid back feel to it, this is certainly fine work. Couple in thought provoking lyrics and real issues dealt with, and this soon becomes a classic. I rate this band.
