Band and Demo Reviews: Unsigned Music Reviews
Luke Leighfield

Luke Leighfield

Luke Leighfield makes pop music. Saying this is like saying 'seeing a match at the new Wembley would be a day out' or 'winning the Lotto would be an experience'. Severely lacking in superlatives.

The track on his MySpace page known as 'Rrrough Demo' is not rough at all. In fact, it's a smooth slice of piano pop perfection. It's all very good. His voice carries the track, with the piano adding to a complete sound.

His 'Rrrough Demo 2' is a rockier track, with piano used more sparingly, yet to a similar standard of the highest quality. Truly talented, his wonderful voice in 'The Rain Will Come' makes for another song right out of the top bag.

Whether it be as a soloist, as part of stupidly talented Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly or with Sam Isaac, his musical running buddy, you'll love the music he makes.
