Band and Demo Reviews: Unsigned Music Reviews
Pink Strip

"Like Pantera jamming with Girls Aloud"

Pink Strip are a musical enigma: a band who blend pop and metal music. They could hardly have picked two more contrasting styles. Then again, they could hardly improve on their sound as it is right now.

The backing musicians provide the metal element of the music, with thumping drums and slamming guitars, yet the vocals of the talented Camilla and Luce sound brilliant next to it. Like Pantera jamming with Girls Aloud, it is certainly an interesting mix, as shown in stand out track 'Playing With Fire.'

Not that the other tracks are anything but infectious. 'Take My Life' boasts a gripping intro and super chorus, and the brilliant vocals are still to be marveled in 'Matishe.' 'Feel The Burn', the closing track, shows more depth to the band's talents, giving a great overall impression.
