Richard FilaccioRichard Filaccio is something of a music mogul from the States. Founder of The Pop League, he helps artists out, cross promotes and has an alliance of MySpace artists. But he's an artist himself first and foremost. His style is very much accessible to English ears, with it seeming almost like a modern Beatles feel to it. The vocals move from soft to uplifting, as 'Life During Hard Times' shows. 'Mountain', the demo downloadable on his site, is the best track.
