The Candy Twins
The Candy TwinsThe Candy Twins aren't actually twins. They're 4 guys from London who make indie/ pop songs. They're not bad at it, either. 'I Don't Know Why' sounds a bit like The Human League, and with distinctive guitar play it builds into a very good offering. 'Until The Daydream' begins with a more down-tempo riff, but build nicely into a track that reminds more of Joy Division and the like. 90s indie all round. Then we have 'Edwyn Collins Is Back', another song that, while struggling to get out of first gear, enjoys the slow ride, and impresses while doing so.
