Band and Demo Reviews: Unsigned Music Reviews
The Flyin' Muckers
The Flyin' MuckersReading rockers The Flyin' Muckers have a style that is as refreshing and different as anything you're likely to hear in a good while, with a style I'd call 'farm reggae'. 'The Ford's Farm Tales' is a funky opener, and has enough energy to light a room. The good vibes are carried on into 'Yesterday's Bread', which is another choice offering. Instantly catchy and likeable is what they go for, and they certainly impress in doing so. Yet the best is saved for last, as the brilliantly titles 'Mucker de la Sombrero' is fresher, better and catchier than most of what you'll come across in your local HMV. Great stuff from a band who deserve more listens, as none of their songs have had more than 100 plays. So go and rectify this people! www.myspace.com/theflyinmuckers Further Information
